United States: For magazine subscriptions, there is no shipping fee for delivery to addresses within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses (including US Territories).
When you are in the checkout process online, we will ask you to provide a name and shipping address for each item in your shopping cart. This process will allow you to send the order as a gift.
Yes! You can send to as many addresses as you like.

We have two annual subscription options. One is billed monthly and the other is billed annually. Both subscriptions come with twelve magazines published monthly.
The Gift Subscription offers three magazines shipped in consecutive months.
Subscriptions renew automatically, until you decide to end or cancel your subscription.
No, it is a one-time purchase ending after three magazines.

BOLDer Magazine is published monthly. If you have not received an issue within 5 weeks of your previous delivery date, please email us at info@boldermagazine.com and we will work with you to resolve the cause of the delay.
You may change your address by logging into your account. Since we get our magazines ready to mail quite far in advance, change requests may take an issue before you see the change take effect.

Yes, sales tax is applied to your order and determined at checkout.

Yes! Children of all ages can submit stories, poetry, essays, art and letters to be featured in an upcoming issue by sending them to uploads@boldermagazine.com and a team member will be in contact with you.
Requests for permission to use any of our content must be in writing (via e-mail or mail). Please include, where applicable: the magazine title, issue number, and page number as well as how the content will be used. Your complete information will allow us to process your request in a timely manner. If you have an urgent request or deadline, please let us know and we will work to accommodate it. Our current turnaround for permission requests is 3 business days from receipt of the request.

Did your product arrive damaged or torn? Notify customer support at info@boldermagazine.com, and we will ship you a new copy.
The refund policy is for qualifying states for whom we are a school vendor. We dedicate ourselves to ensure every magazine contains enjoyable and educational content, but if you or your child are not happy with your BOLDer magazine, we will refund the cost of your most recent purchase. Only monthly subscribers or single-magazine purchases are eligible for a refund.

By cancelling your subscription to BOLDer Magazine, you are preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date. If you purchased an annual subscription and cancel part-way through your term, your subscription will remain live until your next billing date, at which point it will terminate and not renew.
If you have a monthly subscription, your subscription will terminate and not renew upon the next billing date.
